Legalization Services

We provide legalization services at Thai Consular (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and all Embassies in Thailand.

Have documents that needed to be Legalized or Authenticated?

Our notary will be able to work with Thai Ministry of Foreign Affair or any Embassy or Consulate in Bangkok on your behalf.

Sometimes only the notary stamp from Thai Notary is not sufficient, your documents might need to be legalized at Thai Ministry of Foreign Affair and the Embassy or Consulate where the documents will be used.

We can handle all these steps for you.

Embassies and Consulates

We are familiar with the procedures used at the different embassies and have an excellent set of contacts within the various consulates in Bangkok. We know their different requirements, prices and turnaround times.

It’s a good idea to send us a copy of any documents you need legalised along with your enquiry so we can give you an accurate quote.

If you are unsure about whether or not you need any documents legalized, whether or not you will require an apostille, or for a consultation or a quote, get in touch with us by email at Thailandnotaryservice@outlook.com, or give us a call on 063-2674217.

Hague Apostille

Many countries require an additional form of validation of documents, known as legalization, over and above the signature and seal of a Notary.

This involves either sending your documentation to the consular office of the relevant country for legalization, or alternatively, if that country has signed the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, the document can have a certificate under the Hague Convention attached to it which is known as an apostille.

To check the status of a Contracting State, see the status table published on the HCCH website here.
